摘 要:为降低大型农业机械的购买成本,提高安装效率和操作舒适性,提出一种基于功能流模型对青贮机械进行自组合的模块划分方法。通过对目标用户群体进行调研,了解客户需求,确定产品的总功能,将总功能分解成若干功能元,并用功能流进行有机结合,得到功能结构模型,最后对模块进行划分。通过功能流模型,将产品概念设计中的需求转变为功能,进一步转变为产品结构。以大型青贮机械为例,介绍了模块划分的方法和过程,为其他大型农业机械的模块划分提供参考。In order to reduce the purchase cost of large agricultural machinery and improve installation efficiency and operation comfortableness, a self-combining module division method of silage machinery was proposed based on functional flow model. The total function was determined through the investigation of target user group and understanding of customer requirement.The total function was divided into several functional elements. The function flow was used to combine them organically to obtain the functional structure model. Finally, the modules were divided. The requirement in the product conceptual design was transformed function and further transformed into product structure. The large silage machinery was taken as an example to introduce the method and module division method and process. This provided reference for other large agricultural machinery.
