精准扶贫视角下高校图书馆知识扶贫研究

摘　　要：精准扶贫是我国为在2020年完成"全面建成小康社会"目标的一项重要战略任务。知识扶贫在扶贫攻坚中具有重要作用,针对贫困地区信息意识不强、信息能力弱、信息需求水平低以及缺乏地方文化认同感现状,高校图书馆在扶贫过程中要突出高校人才资源优势和图书馆的专业技术优势,从培养大学生农村阅读推广人、贫困人口信息素养教育、创新文化生活服务平台、保护和开发地方特色文化资源四方面着手推进知识扶贫工作。Precise poverty alleviation is an important strategic task for China to accomplish the goal of＂building a well-off society in an all-round way＂in 2020.Knowledge poverty alleviation plays an important role in poverty alleviation.Focusing on the current situation of weak information awareness,poor information capability,low level of information demand and lack of local cultural identity in poverty-stricken areas,university libraries should highlight the advantages of university talent resources and library expertise in the course of poverty alleviation.University libraries may carry forward knowledge poverty alleviation form four aspects：training more college students to be the promoter of rural reading;improving impoverished people＇s information literacy education;Innovating cultural life service platform;enhancing the protection and development of local characteristic cultural resources.
