东北高校图书馆开放获取现状与科研人员开放获取认知调查分析

摘　　要：在网页调查和问卷调查的基础上,总结分析了东北高校图书馆开放获取资源揭示情况,图书馆开放获取相关工作开展情况和科研人员对开放获取的认知情况。提出了图书馆未来工作的三个方面,即树立大馆藏观念,充分揭示和宣传资源,加强开放获取资源的开发与利用,为机构制定相应的开放获取政策提供信息决策咨询。On the basis of webpage survey and questionnaire survey,open assess（OA）resource revealing situation is analyzed,as well as OA related work and the situation of researchers＇ open access cognition in university libraries in Northeast.Three aspects of future OA related work of library are suggested：namely,setting up the concept of large collection,fully revealing and publicizing OA resources,strengthening the development and utilization of OA resources to provide information decision consultation for institutions to formulate corresponding open access policies.
