公共图书馆网上图书借阅服务探析——以广州市越秀区图书馆为例

摘　　要：网上图书借阅服务能有效推进公共服务均等化,为读者节约时间成本、降低机会成本,扩大图书馆服务覆盖面、促进全民阅读等。广州市越秀区图书馆以"互联网+"、O2O模式为支撑,吸引社会力量参与开展"网借"图书配送服务,同时引入信用机制,开展"信用网借"服务。为保障服务的顺利开展,图书馆应配备专人负责"网借"书库管理、智能化处理物流订单、采取多种方式开展"网借"服务的宣传推广。Library online book lending service can effectively promote the equalization of public service while saving readers＇ time,lowering opportunity cost,extending the coverage of library service and promoting nationwide reading.Supported by the＂Internet plus＂and O2 O mode,Yuexiu District Library of Guangzhou City selected Guangzhou Post to provide online book lending service and introduced credit mechanism to carry out＂credit online lending＂service.To ensure the smooth development of service,libraries should adopt measures of equipping specialist to manage the online library,smart processing the logistics orders and adopting a variety of ways to carry out the publicity and promotion of online book lending service.
