摘　　要："95后"大学生的思想独立,价值取向呈现出多样化,自信而又张扬,拥有自己独特的个性化特征。所以,在对"95后"大学生进行思想政治教育时,要与其个性化特征结合起来,以提高思想政治教育的针对性,达到更好的教育效果。Generally,the＂post-95＂college students are independent-minded,and their value orientations are diversified.They are often self-confident and unabashed,having their own unique personalized characteristics. Therefore,the ideological and political education for＂post-95＂college students should be combined with their individualized characteristics to improve the pertinence of ideological and political education and achieve better educational results.
