高颅压型脑囊虫病的临床护理措施及效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨高颅压型脑囊虫病的临床护理措施。方法对2014年3月-2017年12月住院治疗的86例高颅压型脑囊虫病患者行降低颅内压、抗囊虫及对症治疗,护理人员对患者实施常规护理、心理护理、抗囊治疗期间的并发症、脑疝发作及术后护理等多种护理手段,观察护理前后高颅压型脑囊虫病患者的临床护理效果。结果 86例高颅压型脑囊虫病患者在经过多个疗程的规范抗囊、降颅压治疗后,80例(93.02%)患者的高颅压临床症状消失,出院后未再次出现高颅压症状,达到临床治愈标准;6例(6.98%)患者高颅压较前明显缓解,临床症状明显减轻,无死亡病例发生。总有效率达100%。结论高颅压型脑囊虫病患者经过及时、规范的治疗和全面、周到的护理,取得了良好的治疗效果。Objectives To explore the clinical nursing measures of high intracranial pressure cysticercosis. Methods 86 cases of hypertensive cerebral cysticercosis hospitalized from March 2014 to December 2017 were treated with reducing intracranial pressure,anti-cysticercosis and symptomatic treatment.Nursing staff carried out routine nursing,psychological nursing,anti-cystic treatment of complications,cerebral hernia and postoperative care and other means of nursing.Observing clinical nursing effect of patients with high intracranial pressure type cysticercosis before and after nursing. Results 86 patients（93.02%）with hypertensive encephalic cysticercosis disappeared after several courses of standard anticystic and antihypertensive therapy,and no symptoms of hypertensive encephalopathy occurred again after discharge,reaching the standard of clinical cure.In 6 patients（6.98%）,the intracranial pressure was significantly relieved,the clinical symptoms were significantly reduced,and no deaths occurred.The total effective rate was 100%. ConclusionPatients with high intracranial pressure type cysticercosis are treated in a timely and standardized manner,with comprehensive and thoughtful care.Good therapeutic effect has been achieved.
