摘 要:近年来,我国非结核分枝杆菌的分离率逐渐增加,且多项文献表明在全球范围内非结核分枝杆菌感染率出现明显地区差异性与种型差异性,国内外研究人员对非结核分枝杆菌实验室诊断的研究不断获得突破性进展。我国作为非结核分枝杆菌检出率较高的发展中国家,始终关注非结核分枝杆菌诊断的研究方向与较为有效的检出方法。本文对于非结核分枝杆菌在国内外的现状与国内外诊断非结核分枝杆菌的实验室研究进展作出如下综述。Over the past few years,the rate at which nontuberculous mycobacteria has been isolated in China has gradually increased,and numerous articles have revealed that the rate of infection with nontuberculous mycobacteria around the world reflects obvious regional differences and differences in species.Researchers in China and overseas are continuing to make strides in the laboratory diagnosis of nontuberculous mycobacteria.Nontuberculous mycobacteria are detected at a higher rate in developing countries;in China,attention has consistently focused on research attempts to diagnose nontuberculous mycobacteria in order to make detection more effective.Conventional methods of detection have advanced and breakthroughs have been made in detection at the molecular level.Drug susceptibility testing is a common method for laboratory diagnosis of various pathogenic bacteria.This review summarizes the current status of nontuberculous mycobacteria domestically and abroad and advances in domestic and foreign laboratory research to diagnose nontuberculous mycobacteria.
