高校非核心科技期刊分层次专业化建设实践——以《能源研究与信息》为例

摘　　要：新时期高校非核心科技期刊坚持走专业化发展道路是突破困境的有效途径。《能源研究与信息》从编辑队伍、媒体融合、作者队伍、期刊内容等环节入手,通过提升编辑综合素质、构建数字网络化平台、重视作者角色转换、多渠道约稿等举措分层次进行专业化建设,从而提升期刊质量和影响力,探索期刊特色发展道路。In the new era,being specialized is an effective w ay to break through the present dilemma for the non-core sci-tech journals of universities. The journal Energy Research and Information has initiated a cooperation betw een editor team,media fusion,author team,journals content and so on.In order to improve the quality and influence of the journal w ith characteristics,to improve editor＇s comprehensive quality, to construct a digital netw ork platform, to enlarge the diversification of author＇s role,multi-channel manuscript invitations should be carried out stratifiedly for the specialized construction.
