社区老年人群握力与2型糖尿病的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨握力与社区老年人群2型糖尿病患病之间的关系。方法选取江苏省南京市鼓楼区某社区居民279名为研究对象。由经过统一专业培训的研究人员进行数据收集,包括年龄、性别、身高、体质量、烟酒嗜好、血压、既往病史,用CAMRY-1000握力计测量握力,采用Logistic回归分析握力与2型糖尿病的关系。结果随着握力增加,2型糖尿病的患病风险降低。在校正年龄、性别、BMI、吸烟史、饮酒史后,握力每增加1 kg,2型糖尿病的发生风险约降低2.8%~3.3%。结论社区老年人握力水平与2型糖尿病有关。医务工作者应关注社区老年人的握力,鼓励适当锻炼,延缓握力下降,有助于2型糖尿病的预防与尽早干预。Objective To explore the association between handgrip strength（HGS） and prevalence of Type 2 diabetes Mellitus（T2DM） in community-dwelling elderly people. Methods A total of 279 community-dwelling elderly people of one community in Gulou District of Nanjing City were cross-sectionally studied. Data of patients＇ general information and clinical characteristics including age, sex, height, weight, whether addicting to smoke and drinking, blood pressure, disease history and the value of HGS were collected. The association between HGS and T2DM was analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results Higher HGS corresponded with lower prevalence of T2DM. After the adjustment for confounding factors including age, sex, BMI, history of smoke and drinking, with the increase of HGS per kilogram, the risk of T2DM decreased about 2.8% to 3.3%. Conclusion HGS is associated with the prevalence of T2DM among community-dwelling elderly people. More attention should go to HGS of community-dwelling elderly people and they are encouraged to have activities that preserve muscle strength, which helps to reduce the incidence of diabetes.
