“一带一路”背景下中国对亚洲国家直接投资影响因素及潜力分析

摘　　要："一带一路"倡议加强了中国同世界的交流与合作,亚洲国家凭借区位优势、资源优势成为中国对外直接投资首要地区。选取2006—2016年数据,采用引力模型,分析了中国对亚洲国家直接投资的影响因素。结果显示,中国经济规模、中国和东道国之间的距离、两国是否签订双边投资保护协议、东道国宏观经济环境以及东道国劳动力成本是影响中国对亚洲国家直接投资最主要的几个因素。通过测算投资潜力,发现中国对亚洲大部分国家投资适中,对一些西亚国家投资不足,对部分东南亚国家投资过度。对此,中国在对亚洲国家进行直接投资的过程中应注意降低运输与人文成本,打破距离障碍;适度投资,注重投资质量;注意防范东道国政治风险及经济风险所带来的不利影响。Through ＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative, China has strengthened exchange and cooperation with countries around the world. Asian countries have become the main targets of China＇s direct outbound investment due to their geographic advantage and resource advantage. The article selected data from 2006 to 2016 and used gravitational models to analyze the factors affecting Chinese direct investment in Asian countries. The result shows that China＇s economic size, the gap between China and the target countries, agreement on bilateral investment protection, target countries＂ macroeconomic environment and labor cost are the major factors influencing China＇s investment. Through the measurement of investment potential, it is found that China invests moderately in most countries in Asia, invests insufficiently in some West Asian countries, and invests excessively in some Southeast Asian countries. In this regard, China should reduce transportation and human costs and break distance barrier. Attention should also be given to proper investment and investment quality. China should also guard against political risks and negative influence brought by economic risks of the target country.
