火电机组厂用电源异网问题探讨

摘  要:跨区域交流特高压输电的火电机组,可能存在送出电网和启动备用变压器电源电网属于两个区域电网的情况,带来了厂用工作电源和备用电源异网切换和异网运行的问题。通过研究分析,建议设计发电机出口断路器,避免机组启停时厂用电源在异网间的切换问题;厂用高低压系统异网运行,对有非同期并列可能的开关,提出合闸回路加开关辅助接点闭锁,分散控制系统合闸回路加逻辑闭锁和同网判据等措施,既能满足运行方式变化时厂用低压系统的并列切换需求,又能防止非同期并列事故。The power grid for supplying and the standby transformer power grid of UHV transmission units may be connected to 2 regional power grids,which brings problem to switching and operating between station service power supply and standby power supply.Through research and analysis,it is recommended to place a generator circuit breaker to avoid problems when station service power supply is shut off and switched to another grid.During the abnormal operation of high/low voltage systems of factory service power supply,non-synchronous parallel switch can be added in the closing circuits to help contact to interlock.The closing circuit with decentralized control system,logic blocking and criterion from the same grid,can not only meet the parallel switching requirements on the factory low-voltage system when the operating mode changes,but also prevent the non-synchronous parallel accident.
