摘 要:为进一步优化传统密集烘烤技术,增加烘烤安全性、稳定性、方便性,笔者引入基于物联网设计的一种温湿度实时监测系统,采用串联方式将其安装于烤房中,实时监测烘烤过程中的温湿度并将数据传送至后台,用户可根据其与设定值的对比对烘烤过程进行精准调控。试验通过对安装物联网温湿度实时监测系统的密集烤房与传统密集烤房烘烤过程中温湿度的变化和烤后烟叶外观质量进行对比分析,结果表明,安装物联网温湿度实时监测系统的烤房干湿球温度变化的稳定性及烤后烟叶外观质量均优于传统烤房,说明该系统对提高烘烤的稳定性和安全性以及改善烟叶质量具有促进作用。To further optimize the traditional bulk curing technology and increase the satety, stability and convenience of baking, a real-time temperature and humidity monitoring system based on the internet of things were introduced, and installed in a roasting room by series method. The system could monitor the temperature and humidity in the tobacco leaf baking process in real time and send the data to the background, which users could accurately control the baking process according to the comparison with the set values. The contrastive experiment was conducted to compare the internet of things barn and traditional bulk curing barn, and the contrastive indices included the changes of temperature and humidity during the curing process and appearance quality of tobacco leaves after roasting. The results showed that the stability of drying and wetting bulb temperature, and also the appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves in the curing barn with real-time temperature and humidity monitoring system was better than the traditional curing barn, indicating that the system could enhance the stability and safety of baking, and improve the quality of tobacco leaves.
