摘 要:本文介绍了一种应用于T/R组件接收链路设计的输入驻波优化方法,详细阐述了通过实物测量和电磁建模仿真获得S参数并建立电路仿真模型对输入驻波进行评估、分析和优化的具体过程,并以设计实例验证了该方法的正确性。这种基于半实物S参数仿真的驻波优化方法较后期调试手段具有高效准确的特点,是T/R组件精细化设计的一种重要思路。该方法已经成功应用于某国防项目的 Ku波段T/R组件设计中并取得了良好的使用效果。A method of optimizing input VSWR (voltage standing wave ratio) applied on design of T/R module receiving link is introduced. The specific process of obtaining S parameter by measuring physical object and electromagnetic modeling simulation and establisment of circuit simulation model to evaluate, analyze and optimize VSWR is depicted. Validity of the proposed method is verified by a design instance. This optimized method for input VSWR based on S-Parameter half-in-loop simulation provides an important idea for fine design of T/R modules since it is featured with high efficiency and accurate comparing with tuning means after assembing. The method has been applied to design of Ku-band T/R modules for a national defense project successfully and has achieved favorable application results.
