摘　　要：查阅文献发现,细胞凋亡的紊乱可诱发多种疾病。而黄芪甲苷具有多种生物活性,在抗细胞凋亡方面发挥着重要作用。本文就黄芪甲苷在抑制上皮细胞凋亡的作用机制进行综述,为黄芪甲苷在抗细胞凋亡方面的研究提供理论依据。The studies have shown that the disorder of apoptosis can induce multiple diseases.Astragaloside Ⅳ has many biological activities and plays an important role in anti-apoptosis.This paper reviews the mechanism of astragaloside Ⅳ on inhibiting apoptosis of epithelial cells,and provides a theoretical basis for the study of astragaloside Ⅳ on anti-apoptosis.
