营养均衡饮食疗法在妊娠糖尿病患者产后护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨营养均衡饮食疗法在妊娠糖尿病患者产后护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2016年12月于本院分娩的妊娠糖尿病患者90例,采用数字随机法,分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规干预,观察组给予营养均衡饮食疗法干预,对比两组患者护理效果。结果观察组产后1个月、3个月、6个月的FBG(5.02±0.41)mmol/L、(4.61±0.37)mmol/L、(4.25±0.29)mmol/L,2 hPBG(6.76±1.31)mmol/L、(6.43±1.17)mmol/L、(6.33±0.92)mmol/L,HbAlc(6.74±1.35)%、(6.22±1.14)%、(6.07±0.94)%显著低对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后1个月、3个月、6个月的ALB、PA、TRF显著高于对照组(P<0.05),BMI、TC、TG显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论营养均衡饮食疗法干预可有效改善产后的妊娠期糖尿病患者的营养状况,控制血糖水平。Objective To investigate the effect of nutritionally balanced diet therapy on postpartum care in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods Ninety patients with gestational diabetes who were delivered in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group was given a balanced diet therapy intervention to compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results FBG （5.02±0.41） mmol/L,（4.61±0.37）mmol/L, （4.25±0.29） mmol/L, 2 hPBG （6.76±1.31） mmol/L in the observation group at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after delivery,（6.43 ± 1.17）mmol / L, （6.33 ± 0.92）mmol / L, HbAlc（6.74 ± 1.35）% , （6.22 ± 1.14）% , （6.07 ± 0.94）% significantly lower control group（P〈0.05）; ALB, PA and TRF were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months afterbirth （P〈0.05）, and BMI, TC and TG were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nutritional balanced diet therapy can effectively improve the nutritional status of postpartum gestational diabetes patients and control blood glucose levels.
