美奥舒在妇科疾病中的应用及安全评估

摘　　要：目的分析美奥舒在妇科疾病中的应用效果、安全性。方法以本院2017年3月~2017年12月期间住院治疗的61例子宫黏膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜息肉及宫内组织残留妊娠物患者为观察对象,以随机数字表法将其分为两组,即对照组(30例)和实验组(31例)。对照组采用传统宫腔镜电切术,实验组采用美奥舒治疗,比较两组并发症、手术时间、术中出血量等相关情况。结果实验组手术时间较对照组短,术中出血量较对照组减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组、对照组的并发症发生率分别是(6.45%)、(30.00%),实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科疾病(子宫黏膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜息肉及宫内组织残留妊娠物)患者采用美奥舒宫腔镜组织切除系统治疗,有助于节省手术时间,减少术中出血量,从而降低手术风险,避免手术相关并发症的发生,临床安全性较高,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect and safety of Mei Ao Shu in gynecological diseases. Methods 61 patients with submucous myoma,endometrial polyp, and intrauterine residual pregnancy who were hospitalized in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2017 were observed.The patients were divided into randomized table method. In the two groups, the control group （30 cases） and the experimental group （31 cases）, thecontrol group was treated with traditional hysteroscopic resection, and the experimental group was treated with the Mei Ao Shu group. The complications,operation time, and intraoperative blood loss were compared between the two groups. And other relevant circumstances. Results The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group. The amount of intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The complication rates of the experimental group and the control group were （6.45%） and （30.00%） , the experimental group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of gynecological diseases （uterine submucous fibroids, endometrial polyps, and intrauterine tissue residual pregnancy） by Mei Ao Shu hysteroscopic tissue resection system is helpful to save the operation time and reduce the intraoperative blood loss. Reduce the risk of surgery, to avoid the occurrence of surgical complications, high clinical safety, it is worth promoting.
