化瘀通络方治疗输卵管性不孕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究化瘀通络方治疗输卵管性不孕的临床效果。方法择取本院2015年10月~2016年3月诊疗的84例输卵管性不孕症患者,随机平均分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采取子宫输卵管通液术疗法,观察组采取子宫输卵管通液术、化瘀通络方复合疗法治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、血清L-6、TNF-α水平。结果观察组输卵管性不孕症治疗愈显率为90.48%,高于对照组的64.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组血清IL-6、TNF-α较治疗前均有一定下降,且观察组相比对照组均显著偏低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论化瘀通络方治疗输卵管性不孕效果优良,联合方法值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of Huoyuetongluo recipe on tubal infertility. Methods Eighty-four cases of tubal infertility diagnosed and treated by our hospital from October 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group took the hysterosalpingospinal fluid therapy. The observation group took the hysterosalpingospinal fluid and Huayurecipe Tongluo recipe combined therapy to observe and compare the treatment effect and serum L-6 and TNF-levels of the two groups. Results The observed rate of treatment for tubal infertility in the observation group was 90.48%, which was higher than that in the control group （64.29%）.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. After treatment, the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF- in both groups had a certain decrease compared with that before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Huayu Tongluo recipe treatment of tubal infertility effect is good,the joint method is worth promoting.
