高病毒载量慢性乙型肝炎给予恩替卡韦与干扰素序贯治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究高病毒载量慢性乙型肝炎给予恩替卡韦与干扰素序贯治疗的临床效果。方法选取140例高病毒载量慢性乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表发分为对照组和观察组,各70例。对照组采用干扰素治疗,观察组采用恩替卡韦序贯疗法治疗。比较两组治疗效果及患者HBV-DNA阴转率、HBeAg阴转率等血清学指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.14%高于对照组的82.86%,HBV-DNA阴转率、HBeAg阴转率等血清学指标均优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高病毒载量慢性乙型肝炎治疗中采用恩替卡韦与干扰素序贯疗法均具有良好效果,且经研究表明,恩替卡韦整体效果优于干扰素治疗,可准确改善患者血清学指标率,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effects of sequential treatment with entecavir and interferon in patients with high viral load of chronic hepatitis B. Metsods 140 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B with high viral load were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 70 cases each. The control group was treated with interferon and the observation group was treated with entecavir sequential therapy. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared with the serum HBV-negative conversion rate and HBeAg negative conversion rate. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.14% higher than that in the control group. The serological indicators such as HBV-DNA negative conversion rate and HBeAg negative conversion rate were better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of entecavir and interferon sequential therapy in the treatment of high viral load of chronic hepatitis B has good results, and studies have shown that the overall effect of entecavir is better than interferon therapy, can accuratelyimprove the patient＇s serological index rate, and is worthy of clinical promotion .
