左炔诺孕酮皮下埋植避孕术的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨左炔诺孕酮皮下埋植避孕术的临床疗效。方法选择2013年3月~2016年3月在本中心行皮下埋植避孕的健康妇女85例作为研究对象,给予其左炔诺孕酮皮下埋植避孕术,埋植后随访1年,了解其避孕成功率、终止埋植情况和不良反应发生情况。结果随访1年内,未出现中途退出情况,随访率为100%(85/85),同时1年内无1例出现妊娠情况,避孕成功率为100%(85/85)。不良反应发生情况:月经稀少5例,发生率为5.88%;闭经3例,发生率为3.53%;月经周期延长11例,发生率为12.94%,阴道点滴出血4例,发生率为4.71%;同时患者伴有激素相关性不良反应,主要为痤疮2例,体质量增加4例,情绪波动3例,功能性卵巢囊肿1例,发生率为11.76%(10/85)。上述不良反应经药物治疗后均恢复,未出现不耐受终止埋植情况。结论在健康妇女避孕中,皮下埋植避孕术应用较为广泛,左炔诺孕酮埋植剂成功率较高,使用过程中未出现严重不良反应,具有较高的安全性,推荐临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levonorgestrel subcutaneous implanted contraceptives. Methods From March 2013to March 2016, 85 women who were implanted with contraceptive implants at our hospital were randomly selected as the study subjects. Levonorgestrel subcutaneous implants were administered to the patients. The patients were followed up for 1 year after implantation. To understand the successrate of contraception, the termination of embedding and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results During the follow-up period of 1 year, there was no withdrawal. The follow-up rate was 100% （85/85）. At the same time, there was no case of pregnancy within 1 year. The contraceptive success rate was 100% （85/85）. The incidence of adverse reactions was： There were 5 menstrual scarce cases with an incidence rate of 5.88%; 3 cases had amenorrhea, and the incidence was 3.53%; the menstrual cycle was prolonged in 11 cases with an incidence rate of 12.94%; vaginal spotting occurred in 4 cases with an incidence rate of 4.71%; The related adverse reactions were mainly headache in 2 cases, weight gain in 4 cases, mood swing in 3 cases, functional ovarian cyst in 1 case, and the incidence was 11.76%（10/85）. The above adverse reactions were restored after drug treatment, and there was no case of intolerable termination. Conclusion In healthy women＇s contraception, the subcutaneous implantation of contraceptives is widely used, the success rate of levonorgestrel implants is high, no serious adverse reactions occur during use, and it has high safety, and it is recommended to promote clinical use.
