摘　　要：将涤棉染色一浴剂RY-236应用于涤棉针织物高温氧漂染色一浴工艺中。优化的涤棉一浴二步工艺为:H2O22~4 g/L,RY-236 1.5 g/L,染料x%,125~135℃处理30~50 min,染色一次成功率达92%,且可节省用水3~4缸,缩短工艺时间2~3 h,成本降低。One-bath dyeing agent RY-236 for polyester/cotton fabric is applied in one-bath process of high temperature pexoxide bleaching and dyeing. The optimum one-bath two-step process of polyester/ cotton fabric is N2O：2N4 g/L, RY-236 1.55 g/L, dyes x%, and dyeing at 125-135 ℃ for 30-50 min. Right- first-time rate of dyeing can reach 92%. Compared with the traditional process, the application of RY-236 can save 3-4 vats of water, shorten the process time by 2-3 h. The dyeing efficiency is improved obviously and the cost is reduced.
