感知社会支持量表在慢性病老年人中的信效度分析

摘　　要：目的评估中文版感知社会支持量表在慢性病老年人中的信度、效度。方法 358例慢性病老年人完成中文版感知社会支持量表和社会支持评定量表的评估。量表的信度通过Cronbachα信度系数、分半信度来表示;采用社会支持评定量表作为校标测定校标关联效度,运用因子分析验证结构效度。结果中文版感知社会支持量表的Cronbachα系数为0.817,分半信度系数为0.852。验证性因子分析拟合显示,Zimet的三因子模型各项拟合结果最好;中文版感知社会支持量表总分与社会支持评定量表总分呈中度相关(r=0.422,P<0.001)。结论中文版感知社会支持量表在慢性病老年人中具有良好的信效度,可有效的评估慢性病老年人的社会支持状况。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Multidimensional Scale of PerceivedSocial Support （MSPSS） in elderly people with chronic diseases. Methods Totally 358 elderly people with chronic diseases weretested by using the MSPSS and Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）. The reliability of MSPSS was expressed by Cronbach＇s alphareliability coefficient, and split-half reliability. SSRS was used as the criterion to measure criterion-related validity and the factoranalysis was used to verify the validity of the structure. Results The Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient of the MSPSS was 0.817 andthe split-half reliability 0.852. Confirmatory factor analysis fits showed that the three-factor model of Zimet fit well. Scores of MSPSSwere moderately correlated with scores of SSRS （r=0.422, P〈0.001）. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the MSPSS areacceptable, and the scale can effectively detect social support of the elderly people with chronic diseases.
