肠造口患者造口压力及希望水平与自我管理的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肠造口患者造口压力、希望水平及自我管理三者之间的关系,并分析希望在造口压力与自我管理之间是否存在中介作用。方法采用一般资料问卷、造口压力量表、希望水平量表及自我管理量表,对208例肠造口患者进行调查并分析。结果肠造口患者造口压力、希望水平、自我管理的总分分别为(73.02±9.89)分、(32.82±8.94)分、(92.66±2.54)分。造口压力与自我管理呈负相关,希望水平与自我管理呈正相关(均P<0.01);希望在造口压力与自我管理之间起部分中介作用(27.84%)。结论肠造口患者的造口压力、希望水平与自我管理密切相关,护理人员应该通过提高患者希望水平,缓解患者压力,最终提高患者自我管理能力。Objective To study the relationship of stoma pressure with hope level and self-management among colostomy patients, and to analyze whether there is a mediating effect between stoma pressure and self-management. Methods Totally 208 colostomy patients were investigated by the self-designed demographic questionnaire, the stress scale, the hope level scale and the self management scale. Results The total score of stoma pressure, hope level and self-management was 73.02±9.89,32.82±8.94 and 92.66±2.54, respectively. There was a negative correlation between stoma pressure and self-management, and hope level was positively correlated with self-management （all P〈0.05）. Hope level played a partial mediating role between stoma pressure and self-management （27.84%）. Conclusion Stoma pressure and hope level are correlated with self-management among colostomy patients. The improvement of hope level of colostomy patients will help to relieve patients’ pressure and improve their self-management.
