自我效能在2型糖尿病患者社会支持和心理弹性的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨自我效能在2型糖尿病患者社会支持和心理弹性间的中介作用。方法选取成都市某三级甲等医院内分泌科235例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用社会支持评定量表、一般自我效能感量表、心理弹性量表进行调查。结果2型糖尿病患者心理弹性为(62.22±8.20)分;社会支持及各维度与自我效能均呈正相关(r=0.396、0.377、0.220、0.222,P<0.01),社会支持及各维度与心理弹性均呈正相关(r=0.533、0.427、0.431、0.261,P<0.01),自我效能与心理弹性呈正相关(r=0.629,P<0.01);自我效能在社会支持和心理弹性间起部分中介作用(P<0.01),中介效应占总效应的比例为36.78%。结论社会支持可通过自我效能影响2型糖尿病患者的心理弹性,医务人员应积极采取有效干预方法提高患者的自我效能,从而提升其心理弹性水平。Objective To discuss the mediating effect of self-efficacy between social support and resilience in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods We selected 235 type 2 diabetic patients in one tertiary grade A hospital in Chengdu and they were investigated by using Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）, General Self Efficacy Scale （GSES） and Connor-Davidson resilience scale （CD-RISC）. Results The resilience score of the patients was 62.22±8.20. Social support and each dimension in SSRS were all positively associated with self-efficacy （r=0.396, 0.377, 0.220, 0.222, P〈0.01） and resilience （r=0.533, 0.427, 0.431, 0.261, P〈0.01） and there was positive relationship between self-efficacy and resilience （r=0.629, P〈0.01）. Self-efficacy played a partially mediating role between social support and resilience （P〈0.01） and the mediating effect accounted for 36.78% of the total effect. Conclusion Social support exerts influence on the resilience of type 2 diabetic patients through self-efficacy. Medical staff are supposed to take effective measures to improve patients’ self-efficacy, thus to enhance their level of resilience.
