摘　　要：能力贫困理论认为贫困的实质是可行能力不足,通过五种工具性自由可提高人们的可行能力,进而破解贫困难题。以此理论为研究依据,可对我国新生代农民工就业能力现状进行分析,分析可知,目前我国新生代农民工政治参与程度较低,职业地位总体不高,创业择业能力匮乏,职业发展延续性较差,职业技能与素养不高,并且职业认同处于两难境地。因此应构建新生代农民工就业能力的反贫困路径,即完善新生代农民工政治参与的制度设计,培养和提升其职业核心能力,实施职业技能提升计划,并深化城乡二元户籍制度改革。According to the capability poverty theory,the essence of poverty is insufficient capacity,and solvingpoverty problems can be achieved by the five freedoms to improve people’s capability. Based on this theory,thepresent situation of the employment ability of the new-generation migrant workers in China can be analyzed. Thepolitical participation of the new generation of migrant workers in China is low,the occupational status is nothigh,the career development is poor,the career development is poor,the professional skills and quality are nothigh,and the professional identity is also recognized in a dilemma. Therefore,we should build the anti-povertypath of the employability of the new generation of migrant workers,that is,to improve the system design of the po-litical participation of the new generation of migrant workers,to train and enhance their professional core compe-tence,to implement the promotion plan of vocational skills,and to deepen the reform of the two yuan householdregistration system in urban and rural areas.
