摘　　要：随着我国经济转型升级的深入推进,新旧动能逐步发生转换,经济发展由高速发展转向高质量发展。在土地资源紧缺、生态环境改善要求下,原有的城市土地扩张模式已不适应当前新动能经济发展的需求。探索新的城乡空间拓展方向,成为新动能经济发展的重要课题之一。实践表明,随着新动能经济的不断推进,城乡空间拓展模式已经逐步由原来的大规模建设用地扩张转变为建成区的逐步挖潜、城市空间向乡村空间拓展等。本文在分析新旧动能经济本质区别和原有城乡空间发展模式存在问题的基础上,提出新城乡空间的主要内涵与形态。并以三亚"城市双修"、无锡阳山田园综合体项目实践为例,系统介绍了新时期适应新动能经济的城乡空间拓展的具体项目实施和取得成效。With further development of China’s economic transformation and upgrade and the change from old to new drivers of growth, the economy has changed from high-speed to high-quality development. Challenged by lack of land resources and requirement to improve eco-environment, existing urban land expansion mode is no longer adaptable to the requirement of current development of new driver economy. Exploring new direction of urban and rural space expansion has become an important topic for the development of new driver economy. Practice has shown that with the development of new driver economy, the urban and rural space expansion mode has changed from large scale land expansion by construction to gradual expansion of built-up areas, and from urban to rural space expansion. On the basis of analyzing the fundamental diferences between old and new driver economy and the problems of existing urban and rural space development modes, this article proposes the major connotation and forms of new urban and rural spaces. It takes several examples including the ＂double repair＂ mode of Sanya and Wuxi Yangshan Rural Complex, and systematically introduces the specifc programmes and their achievements in urban and rural space expansion adaptable to new driver economy in the new era.
