摘　　要：随着数控机床向高速、高精、高效的方向发展,对其加工误差的补偿就成了重要的研究内容。传感器是数控机床与测控系统的接口,是感知、获取与检测信息的窗口。文章主要介绍数控机床中常用的传感器及其工作过程。With the development of CNC machine tools in the direction of high speed, high precision and high efficiency, thecompensation of machining error has become an important research content. Sensor is the interface between CNC machine tool andmeasurement and control system. It is the window to sense, obtain and detect information. This paper mainly introduces the sensorscommonly used in CNC machine tools and their working process.
