核不育系SE21S的优异特性及利用价值

摘　　要：两系法杂交水稻研究的成功,为国家粮食安全做出了重大贡献,水稻光温敏核不育系的选育对两系杂交稻的选育起着至关重要的作用。介绍了两系不育系SE21S的不育特性、繁殖与制种性能等主要特征特性;综述了以SE21S为供体材料在新不育系选育研究及利用SE21S选育两系杂交稻新组合的应用进展,展望了SE21S应用前景。The successful development and application of two-line system hybrid rice breeding made great contributions to food security.The breeding of thoto-thermo sensitive genic male sterile lines played a vital role in the breeding of two-line hybrid rice combinations. In this paper, we first introduced the characteristics of sterility, propagation and Seed production of two-line sterile line SE21S, analyzed the progress of sterile line breeding using SE21S as donor material, and then summed up new hybrid rice combination breeding using SE21S as female patent, finally discussed the application prospect of SE21S.
