摘  要:介绍了C_6^+增产BTX的工艺流程,该流程可在催化剂的作用下将C_9^+中的重芳烃和非芳经脱烷基、歧化、非芳裂解等反应,转化为BTX(苯、甲苯、二甲苯)和乙烷、丙烷、少量甲烷和丁烷,无需溶剂抽提,经简单精馏即可分离得到苯、甲苯、混合二甲苯,具有产品附加值高、能耗低、清洁环保等特点。将该工艺技术与传统的芳烃抽提技术进行经济性比较发现,新技术可产生可观的经济效益和社会效益。This paper studies a new technology which converts C_9^+ heavy aromatics and non-aromatics into BTX( benzene,toluene and xylene),ethane,propane and a small amount of methane and butane via dealkylation, transalkylation and non-aromatics cracking reactions in the presence of catalysts, and benzene,toluene and mixed xylene can be separated via simple distillation without solvents. It has the characteristics of high value-added products, low energy consumption and eco-friendliness. The economic comparison of this advanced technology with the traditional aromatics extraction technology shows that this new technology can produce considerable economic and social benefits and is worth popularization.
