护理干预改善心律不齐患者失眠症状、降低并发症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预在心律不齐患者中的护理效果。方法:选取2017年3月至2018年3月菏泽市中医医院收治的心律不齐患者58例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组29例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预。记录并统计2组护理前后心律不齐发作频率及发作持续时间,比较2组临床护理效果;记录并统计护理后心力衰竭、休克、晕厥发生情况,比较2组失眠症状改善情况及并发症发生率。结果:观察组护理后心律不齐平均发作频率低于对照组的(P<0.05);观察组平均发作时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后心力衰竭、休克、晕厥等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预在心律不齐患者的护理中效果理想,能有效降低心律不齐发作频率,改善失眠症状,缩短发作时间,同时减少并发症发生,值得推广应用。Objective： To explore the nursing effect of nursing intervention in patients with arrhythmia. Methods：58 cases of arrhythmia patients admitted to Heze Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected. The treatment methods were divided into two groups： control group and observation group,with 29 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group. The frequency and duration of arrhythmia in the two groups were recorded and counted,and the clinical nursing effects were compared between the two groups. The occurrence of heart failure,shock and syncope after nursing was recorded,and improvement of insomnia symptoms and the incidence of complications was compared. Results： the average incidence of arrhythmia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The average duration of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. The incidence of complications such as heart failure,shock and syncope in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： comprehensive nursing intervention in the care of patients with arrhythmia effect is ideal,can effectively reduce arrhythmia seizure frequency,improve insomnia symptoms,shorten the onset time,reduce the complications occurred at the same time,is worthy of popularization and application.
