床边责任制护理在心血管内科中的应用分析及对睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究床边责任制护理在心血管内科中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年8月至2017年8月武汉大学中南医院收治的心血管内科患者60例,对其实施床边责任制护理。观察心血管内科患者对治疗相关信息的了解情况,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分评估患者护理前后睡眠质量,将心血管内科护理人员的考评成绩与本院平均成绩进行比较。结果:心血管内科护理人员的考评成绩更优(P<0.05),护理后PSQI总分显著降低(P<0.05),且心血管内科患者的治疗相关信息认知度高。结论:在心血管内科中实施床边责任制护理能够提高护理及睡眠质量,并促进患者治疗相关信息认知度的提高。Objective： To study the effect of bedside responsibility nursing in cardiovascular medicine,and analyze the effect on sleep quality. Methods： The subjects selected in this study were 60 patients of cardiovascular medicine in our hospital from August 20,2016 to August 21,2017. Objective To observe the knowledge of treatment related information in cardiovascular patients,PSQI scores were used to assess the sleep quality before and after nursing,and compare the scores of cardiovascular nurses with the average scores of our hospital. Results： the evaluation results of nurses in cardiovascular medicine department were better（P〈0. 05）,the total scores of PSQI significantly reduced after nursing（P〈0. 05）,and the cognition of treatment related information in cardiovascular patients was high. Conclusion： The implementation of bedside nursing in cardiovascular medicine can improve the quality of nursing care and the sleep,and promote the improvement of patients＇ cognition of treatment related information.
