摘  要:主要研究了废旧胶粉改性沥青制备过程中,外掺胶粉目数、反应温度对橡胶沥青基本性能的影响。从胶粉与沥青的作用机理出发,着重分析了胶粉目数、反应温度等因素对胶粉改性沥青软化点、针入度、5℃延度、弹性恢复及180℃黏度等基本性能指标变化规律的影响。试验研究表明:当外掺胶粉的目数为40目、反应温度为195℃时,废旧胶粉改性沥青的高温性能(软化点、180℃黏度)、低温性能(5℃延度)及弹性恢复等最好。胶粉目数能显著影响初期混溶过程中胶粉在沥青中的分散程度,在后期的反应过程中,反应温度则是胶粉溶胀、脱硫降解作用的关键影响因素。In this study,the influences of mesh number of rubber powder and reaction temperature on the performance properties of rubber asphalt were mainly demonstrated. Based on the mechanisms between the rubber powder and matrix asphalt,the variations of performance properties( softening point,penetration,5℃ ductility,elastic recovery and 180℃ viscosity. etc) influenced by mesh number and temperature were analysized as well. In conclusion,40 mesh rubber powder and 195℃ contribute to a better high temperature performances,decent low temperature properties and elastic recovery of rubber asphalt. The disperse degree of rubber powder in the matrix asphalt is significantly influenced by the mesh number of rubber powder. The reaction temperature has definite impact on swelling and desulphurization and degradation of rubber powder.
