摘 要:以宁夏某电厂超超临界八角双切圆锅炉为研究对象,利用雷诺数和欧拉数分别计算了喷口处气流结构进入自模化区的一、二次风速,并进行了炉内动力场试验。结果表明:同一层8个角二次风速度基本相同;冷态模化风速条件下,炉膛内左右两个椭圆圆心与燃烧设计中心相重合,大小与设计假想切圆基本吻合,且炉膛气流充满度良好。研究结果可以为八角双切圆锅炉热态安全运行提供一定参考。In this paper, taking a supercritical octagonal double-cut boiler of a power plant in Ningxia as the research object. the Reynolds number and Euler number are used to calculate the one and two wind speeds of the inlet structure at the outlet of the self modeling area, and conducted aerodynamic feld test. The results show that the velocity of the secondary air in the same layer is basically the same. Under the condition of cold modeled wind speed, the two left and right ellipse centers in the furnace coincide with the combustion design center, and the size is basically consistent with the design imaginary tangent circle, and the furnace air ?ow is full. The research results can provide a reference for the hot safe operation of the octagonal double-cut boiler.
