摘 要:阳离子涤纶纤维是一种多彩纺织新生代产品,具有可染性、抗起毛起球、低强力、中伸长、低模量、稳定的干热收缩率等优点,织物色泽丰富,经久耐穿。上色率高低是衡量阳离子涤纶纤维染色性能的重要质量指标。本文研究了影响阳离子涤纶纤维上色率测试的参数以及染色器皿对上染效果的影响,明确了纤维上染的步骤及染色器皿的类别,确定了染料浓度、染色温度和染色时间为阳离子涤纶纤维上色试验中三个主要变量,通过试验摸索,最终确定试验条件为:恒温、恒压、染料浓度40 mg/kg、染色温度120℃、染色时间2 h、染色管上色,此条件下试验可使阳离子涤纶纤维获得最大上色率。Cationic polyester fiber is a new generation of colorful textile products, which has the advantages of dyeing property, anti-pilling, low strength, medium elongation, low modulus, and stable dry-hot shrinkage. The fabric is rich in color and durable. The color rate is an important quality index to measure the dyeing performance of cationic polyester fiber. We studied the test parameters of color rate and dyeing vessel, and determined the concentration of dyes, dyeing temperature and time as the cationic polyester fiber color test three main variables. Through the test, test conditions was determined as follows: room temperature, constant pressure, dye concentration at 40 mg/kg, dyeing temperature at 120 ℃, dyeing time at 2 h. The best test parameters for coloring experiment could make the cationic dyeing polyester fiber for maximum color rate.
