摘 要:目前各类联合收割机主工作部件与动力部件的动力传递主要通过传统的可调张紧轮系统来完成的,张紧轮张紧方式常用的有机械连杆式和液压油缸式,这两种方式皮带张紧度主要是靠人工调控弹簧的压力来保证张紧度。本文所述是一种基于单片机控制的机电液一体化的自动皮带张紧系统,通过检测运行参数自动调节动力皮带在工作过程中的张紧力,避免动力皮带打滑和张紧度过大,从而提高动力皮带和相关机械传动部件的寿命,且将错误诊断系统集成于系统人机界面中,有效提高了可操作性。At present, the power transmission of the main working parts of all kinds of combine harvesters is accomplished bythe traditional adjustable tension wheel system. The tensioner has mechanical connecting rod and hydraulic cylinder type.The two patterns of the belt tension are mainly guaranteed by pressure of the artificial control spring. In this paper, a type ofelectro-hydraulic control part was designed. The automatic belt tensioning system can ensure the tension of the belt in theworking process, avoid the skid of the belt and the belt tensioning, thus improve the life of the belt and improve the life ofthe transmission parts, and provide a wrong diagnosis system.
