摘 要:如今信息通信技术快速发展并日益向各行各业渗透,对人们的工作场所、职业选择乃至工作本身都产生了深远的影响,也造成了各种不同的后果。本文认为,技术应用在影响工作变迁时存在着两种作用机制:效率和控制。在对效率机制和控制机制进行解释,并对各类相关论述进行归纳的基础上,发现技术应用在重新定义了工作的同时,也对个体和社会带来了诸多平衡和不平衡的后果。Information and communication technologies (ICT) have experienced a rapid development and are increasingly penetrating in all aspects of human life. They also have far-reaching effects on people's workplaces, career choices and even the work itself. This paper proposes two mechanisms of technology application in transforming work, namely efficiency and control. Based on the explanation of the efficiency mechanism and the control mechanism, this paper starts from the perspectives of balance and imbalance to explain how technology application redefines work in the era of information and how it affects the society. The impact of technology application on human work has both balanced and unbalanced consequences. Redefining work also reconstructs human society at multiple levels.
