摘　　要：罗尔斯毕生追求的理想就是建立一个公平正义的社会。维护社会的公正是一项艰巨而复杂的任务,它需要国家与公民共同努力。因此,在实现这一理想的过程中,不仅国家要承担其对公民的责任,而且每个公民也应该承担其相应的责任。罗尔斯在其个人道德原则中阐述了他的个人责任观,他以两个正义原则作为其个人责任观的背景基础,详细介绍了自然责任和职位责任的主要内容,探讨了两种责任的区别联系。虽然罗尔斯的个人责任观遭到了学者西蒙斯的质疑与批评,但是它所产生的理论进步意义以及对现代社会产生的积极影响是不容忽视的。Rawls’s lifelong pursuit of the ideal is to establish a fair and just society. It is a difficult and complex task which needs the joint effort of the country and the citizens to maintain the justice of society.Therefore, in the realization of this ideal, not only the country should bear the responsibility for its citizens, but also every citizen should bear the corresponding responsibilities. Rawls stated the views on responsibility in his individual moral principles. He lied the views on responsibility on the background of the two principles of justice, and discussed the differences between natural duty and position responsibility, and at the same time, he introduced the main content of the two kinds of responsibilities in detail. Though Rawls＇s views on personal responsibility was questioned and criticized by scholars such as Simmons, its theoretical progressive significance and positive influence on modern society shouldn’t be ignored.
