动态心电图对冠心病心律失常患者的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨动态心电图对冠心病心律失常患者的诊断价值。方法选取2016年12月~2017年12月我院收治的的60例冠心病心律失常患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采取常规心电图诊断,观察组采取动态心电图诊断,比较两组患者的诊断价值。结果观察组的室性心律失常、房性心律失常、房室传导阻滞和短针室上速等指标检测率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的诊断总满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心率失常患者采取动态心电图监测,可有效监测患者的心律失常发作时间和冠状缺血状况,予以及时有效的干预治疗,避免病情恶化,具有较高的价值意义,同时为临床医师诊断和治疗疾病提供充足的参考信息,值得进一步推广采纳。Objective To observe the diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram for patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart arrhythmia treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects, and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random digital table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine electrocardiogram diagnosis, while the observation group took the dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis. The diagnostic value of the two groups were compared. Results The detection rates of ventricular arrhythmia, atrial arrhythmia, atrioventricular block and short needle supraventricular speed in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with a significant difference（P〈0.05）. The diagnostic total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（76.67%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring for patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease can effectively monitor the time of arrhythmia and the condition of coronary ischemia, gives timely and effective intervention treatment, avoids the deterioration of the disease, has high value, and provides sufficient reference information for clinicians to diagnose and treat the disease. It has to be further promoted and adopted.
