延续性护理在产妇产后护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理对产妇产后护理的效果。方法选取2016年5月~2017年7月我院收治的300例产妇作为研究对象,根据信封随机分组模式分为两组,每组各150例。其中常规组正常出院,实验组出院后给予延续性护理,将两组的自理能力、产后抑郁评分、社会支持度等指标进行比较。结果实验组的自理能力明显强于常规组(P<0.05);实验组产后抑郁评分明显低于常规组,乳腺炎与感染发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05);实验组社会支持度评分明显高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产妇给予延续性护理干预措施,便于将其自我护理能力提高,改善产后抑郁情况,使得其产后的生活质量提高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect observation of continuous nursing on postpartum care in puerperae. Methods A total of 300 puerperae admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to July 2017 were selected as study subjects.They were equally divided into two groups according to the envelop randomization, 150 cases in each group. In the regular group, participants were discharged from the hospital as usual, while in the experimental group, continuous nursing was provided after discharge. The self-care ability,postpartum depression score and social support score of the two groups were compared. Results The self-care ability of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the regular group（P〈0.05）. The postpartum depression score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the regular group. The incidence of mastitis and infection was significantly lower than that of the regular group（P〈0.05）. The social support score of the experimental group was significant higher than that in the regular group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continuous nursing as an intervention for puerperae can facilitate their self-care ability, improve their postpartum depression as well as their post-natal quality of life, which is worth adopting.
