摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务在老年矽肺患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月~2017年10月我院呼吸内科收治的78例老年矽肺患者作为研究对象,根据患者就诊顺序随机分为实验组和参照组,每组各39例。参照组进行常规护理干预,实验组则给予优质护理服务。比较两组干预后的生活质量以及护理满意度。结果实验组在干预后生活质量的各个领域评分以及总分均明显高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组对护理总满意度为92.31%,显著高于参照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用优质护理服务能明显改善老年矽肺患者临床症状,提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度,值得在临床上广泛应用。Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing care in elderly patients with silicosis. Methods From October 2016 to October 2017, 78 elderly silicosis patients treated in Department of Respiratory Medicine in our hospital were selected as study objects. According to the order of the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group, 39 patients in each group. The patients in the reference group were given routine nursing intervention, and the patients in the experimental group were given high quality nursing service. The quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention, all areas scores and total scores of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was92.31%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group（79.49%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of high quality nursing service can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the elderly patients with silicosis, and is worthy of extensive clinical application.
