锁骨的解剖学测量及其临床应用

摘　　要：目的通过对锁骨标本的整体测量和局部测量,获得锁骨的解剖学数据并研究其解剖学特点,为锁骨骨折的临床治疗及器械内固定的设计提供解剖学数据。方法选取国人锁骨测量标本61副(男31副,女30副),分别测量其各项解剖学指标。结果锁骨的各测量数据在同性别间双侧差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。锁骨内侧1/3长度AB男女分别为(5. 52±0. 42) cm、(5. 27±0. 39) cm;中间1/3长度BC分别为(4. 33±0. 47) cm、(4. 24±0. 44) cm;外侧1/3长度CD分别为(4. 41±0. 38) cm、(4. 04±0. 40) cm,以上三部分间的距离比较,男女间差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);其余测量值男性均大于女性,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论锁骨的骨性测量值可为骨折的临床治疗及器械内固定的设计提供解剖学数据。Objective Through the overall measurement and local measurement of clavicle specimens,the anatomical data of clavicle and its anatomical features were obtained.The anatomic data for the treatment of clavicle fracture and the design of internal fixation of instrumentation were provided. Methods The clavicle specimens of 61 pairs（male 31,female 30）were selected and their anatomical various items were measured. Results The measurement data of clavicle was not statistically significant in all items on both sexes（ P 〉0.05）;the medial 1/3 length of clavicle（AB） in male and female were respectively（5.52±0.42）cm and （5.27±0.39）cm,the middle 1/3 length of clavicle（BC） in male and female were respectively （4.33±0.47）cm and （4.24±0.44）cm,the lateral 1/3 length of clavicle（CD） in male and female were respectively （4.41±0.38）cm and （4.04±0.40）cm.There was no statistically significant sexual in comparing the distance between the above three parts（ P 〉0.05）;while there were statistically significant sexual measured value of male were larger than female（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The bone measurement of clavicle can provide anatomical data for the clinical treatment of fracture and the instrument internal fixation.
