摘　　要：智能查缴电费系统是一种基于"互联网+"技术、微信公众平台以及计算机处理技术的适用于电量查询和电费缴纳,使用Visual studio2010作为开发平台的动态网站系统。微信公众号的功能:用户可通过订阅号或者服务号进行电量查询及电费的缴纳,用电信息查询,意见反馈等,同时进行线上支付。Based on ＂ Internet ＋ ＂ technology,We Chat public platform and computer processing technology,intelligent electricity payment system is a kind of system which is applied to electricity query and electricity fee payment. This system uses Visual studio 2010 as a dynamic web site system for the development platform. The function of We Chat public account is that users can check the electricity quantity,the electricity charges,electricity information enquiry and suggestion feedback,and so on,through the subscription number or service number. Meanwhile,the system can provide convenient online payment services.
