四平市电商产业园实践平台功能提升研究

摘　　要：四平市电商产业园(电子商务产业园)的引进较晚,现处在初期发展阶段,主要以电子商务为主线,构建产业集群。探讨四平市电商产业园的建设,分析当前电商产业园运行中实际存在的关键问题,结合高校、企业、政府和社会等方面的教育、政策支持,力求提升电商产业园的功能。The foundation of Siping E-commerce park is relatively late,and is in the initial stage of development. Focus on e-commerce,the park is trying to build an industrial cluster. This paper summarizes relevant cases in China,discusses the construction of Siping E-commerce park,and analyzes the key problems existing in the park operation. Combining with the support from universities,enterprises,government and society,this paper tries to improve the function of E-commerce park,and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
