摘　　要：创业机构对区域的社会经济发展作出了重大贡献,俄罗斯远东的区域发展概念正在发生变化。国内外的创业机构参与落实地区发展纲要的形式丰富,也更加深入。创业机构参与俄罗斯远东地区经济和社会发展的各种方式都有可能。近年来的科学文献中,创业、创业活动及其实施条件的概念,用"创业生态系统"一词来描述。全球创业指数涵盖国家创业生态系统的各个方面。从其总指数、子指数和部分指数来看,日本、韩国和中国领先于俄罗斯。在俄罗斯符拉迪沃斯托克自由港和远东跨越式社会经济开发区建设中,总结这些国家建立国家创业生态系统方面的经验,可使有关状况得到改变。Entrepreneurial structures make a signifcant contribution to the social and economic development of the regions. The concept of territorial development of the Russian Far East is changing, While implementing the regional development program, and participation forms of domestic and foreign entrepreneurial structures are enriched and complicated. There are various options for the participation of entrepreneurial entities in the economic and social development of the Russian Far East. In the scientifc literature in recent years, the concepts of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship activities and the conditions for its implementation are described by the term “entrepreneurial ecosystem”. The global entrepreneurship index takes into account different aspects of national entrepreneurial ecosystems. Japan, the Republic of Korea and China are ahead of Russia in terms of its overall importance, sub-indexes and private indexes. When organizing the activities of the free port of Vladivostok and territories of advanced socio-economic development in the Far East of Russia, we can change the situation if taking into account the experience of these countries in the construction of national entrepreneurial ecosystems activities.
