摘  要:研究了凿岩钎具材料渗碳工艺模拟及智能化渗碳工艺控制的过程,结果表明:智能化渗碳工艺模拟准确性较高,对渗碳工艺的制定具有较大的指导意义,可以节约大量的试验时间及研究费用,智能化渗碳工艺控制可以大大减少人为因素产生的误差,为渗碳模拟提供及时的反馈,从而为渗碳工艺设计提供宝贵的经验。The simulation of carburizing process for rock drilling tool materials and the procedures for smart control of carburizing process are researched. The results show that: the smart simulation of carburizing process has high accuracy, which provides important guiding signification for the formulation of the carburizing process; It can save lots of experiments time and research costs; The smart control of carburizing process can greatly reduce errors duo to human factors; It can provides timely feedbacks for the carburization simulation, so as to offer valuable experience to the carburizing process design.
