摘　　要：文章从人、物及时间等方面归纳了在痰液标本采集过程中影响标本质量的关键因素,提出加强健康教育、改善痰液采集方法、开展护士培训、加强手卫生管理、创新采集工具、明确采集和送检时机等提高痰液标本采集质量的对策,并对进一步提高医疗护理质量提出展望。The article summarized the key factors affecting the sample quality in the process of collection from the aspects of human,material and time. It proposed strengthening health education,improving sputum collection methods,developing nurse training,strengtheninghand hygiene management,innovative collection tools,confirm collection and inspection timing and so on to improve the quality of sputumsample collection,and to further improve the quality of medical care.
