摘　　要：目的探讨手术室应急护理措施在急性外伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取手术室369例急性外伤患者实施应急护理措施,包括成立应急护理小组、培训护士、设计应急方案及实施应急方法。研究结束后,比较实施前后手术室护士的应急综合能力及患者满意度。结果应急护理实施后,手术室护士应急综合能力提高,患者满意度提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论急性外伤患者经应急护理可获得良好的临床效果,应急护理有助于改善患者的生理状态,以利于其预后和生活质量提高。Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing in operating room on acute trauma patients.Methods Emergencynursing measures were implemented in 369 acute trauma patients in operating rooms,which included setting up an emergency nursing team,training nurses,formulating and implementing emergency nursing project.At the end of study,nurses＇ emergency comprehensive ability and patients＇ satisfaction were compared.Results After the implementation of emergency caring,nurses＇ emergency comprehensive ability and patients＇ satisfaction improved,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The trauma patients gained good therapeuticeffect after emergency caring.Emergency nursing can help to improve patients＇ physical and mental state and facilitate its prognosis and thequality of life.
