资源禀赋、区域技术创新能力与合资企业外商独资化

摘　　要：从我国总体来看,丰裕的资源对外商独资化存在显著的抑制作用,资源禀赋高的西部地区的影响大于东部地区;在全国范围内,区域技术创新能力越高的地区越有可能发生中外合资企业外商独资化,但这种促进作用在东、中、西部地区有所差别,东部地区区域技术创新能力对外商独资化的影响最大;资源禀赋会抑制区域技术创新能力,并通过区域技术创新能力这一中介促进中外合资企业向外商独资化转变,中介效应在中国东部地区显著存在,而在中西部地区并不显著。There is a significant inhibitory effect on abundant foreign resources in china, and the impact of regional high-teeh resources in the central and western area is greater than that in the eastern area. The improvenlent of regional technological innovation ability will promote the overall domestic and foreign joint ventures. But the role is different in the eastern, central and western re- gions. The technological innovation ability in the eastern region has greater influence on foreign sole ownerehip than in other regious. Resources endowment inhibits the regional technological innovation ability, which plays the mediation role in increasing the transition of the sino-foreign joint ventures to the wholly foreign-owned enterprises, but in addition to the eastern region, the central and west- em regions of technological innovation ability of the mediation effect is not significant.
