摘  要:为了制得插层型或剥离型的聚合物/层状硅酸盐纳米复合材料,对微晶白云母分别进行热活化处理、酸浸处理和硝酸锂处理,再利用溶液搅拌法,将十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为插层剂,对其进行有机化改性,并对改性后的微晶白云母进行X射线衍射、热重分析及红外光谱分析.实验结果表明:将十六烷基三甲基溴化铵成功插入到微晶白云母中,使微晶白云母的层间距从原始的1. 02 nm最大扩大到2. 99 nm.In order to obtain intercalated or exfoliated polymer/layered silicate nanocomposites in the later stage, heat activation treatment, acid leaching treatment, lithium nitrate treatment of the micro-crystal mus-covite are all carried out, and then the solution stirring method is applied. Cetyltrimethyl ammonium bro-mide is used as an intercalation agent to modify the microerystalline muscovite, and its infrared spectrum analysis, thermogravimetrie analysis and X-ray diffraction are all done on the modified micro-crystal musco-vite. The experimental results show that the intercalation agent has been successfully inserted into the mi- cro-crystal muscovite, and the interlayer spacing of the micro-crystal muscovite is expanded from 1.02 nm to 2.99 nm.
