摘　　要：房地产企业的杠杆率越来越高,与此同时中国经济已经开始逐渐步入新常态模式。分析房地产行业杠杆的现状,探讨我国房地产企业"高杠杆化"的成因及其所造成的影响,从而提出相应的措施,以期帮助我国房地产行业去杠杆,促进经济发展。The real estate companies are becoming more leveraged. At the same time,China's economy has begun to move into a new normal. This paper analyzes the present situation of the real estate industry leverage and economic significance of the new normal,to explore the cause of our country real estate enterprise"highly leveraged"and its the influence,and proposes the corresponding solution,to help China's real estate industry to adjust economic structure,stable economic growth,promote economic development.
