摘 要:以淮南潘谢煤田13-1煤层煤岩基本物理、力学实验为基础,通过拟合三轴实验、Hopkinson压杆实验和Hugoniot实验数据,得到了煤岩的极限面参数、率效应参数和压力参数的取值,总结出一套获取煤岩HJC模型参数的方法。基于所确定的参数,运用LS-DYNA有限元软件,对煤岩SHPB实验进行了数值模拟验证,结果表现出较好的一致性。此外,通过保持所确定的参数不变,仅改变单一关键参数的方法对煤岩SHPB试验进行数值分析,得到了极限面参数A、B对煤岩动态性能的影响规律。数值模拟的结果表明参数确定方法是有效的,所确定的参数能较准确反映煤岩的动态性能,可为煤岩动载数值计算提供帮助。Based on the basic physical and mechanical test of coal rock in Huainan 13-1 coal seam,the strength,pressure and strain rate constants were obtained by fitting experimental data of the tri-axial compression test,the Hugoniot experiment,and the Hopkinson pressure bar experiments,and the method for taking values of HJC parameters of coal was obtained. By using the determined parameters,the SHPB experiment of coal was simulated by LS-DYNA finite element software,and the results demonstrated better consistency. In addition,the SHPB test of coal was numerically analyzed by keeping the confirmed parameters constant and changing only one key parameter,the influence of parameters A and B on the dynamic performance of coal was obtained.The numerical simulation results show that the parameter determination method of HJC model was effective,and the determined parameters could accurately reflect the dynamic performance of coal. This study is helpful for numerical simulation of coal dynamics.
